Lance Corporal Stjepan "Rick" Milosevic, was killed in action alongside Sapper James Martin and Private Robert Poate at a patrol base in Oruzgan province Afghanistan on 29 August 2012.

The memorial has been created by family and friends of Rick with the help and support of the Quilpie Shire Council and its locals.
